If the volumetric weight exceeds the physical weight, starting from 200 kg, the shipping cost is calculated as VND 20,000 per 1 cubic meter. Volumetric weight is calculated using the formula WIDTH x LENGTH x HEIGHT (cm) / 5000.

Customs clearance cost:

  • Cosmetics: 70,000 VND per 1 kg;
  • Dietary Supplements: 250,000 VND per kg;
  • The remaining goods are calculated individually upon request, with the HS code mandatory provided and the packing list filled out.
